Private Consultation and Exam Rooms

Seven private exam rooms give each consultation the time and space it deserves. Each room includes a comfortable treatment chair, calming artwork, and seating for a partner or family member. That setup lets you talk through your goals with Dr. Luvisa, Dr. Via, or Dr. Wirth without feeling rushed.

A clinic nurses station supports these visits and keeps check-ins, questions, and follow-up coordinated. The dedicated photo room allows the team to capture consistent, standardized images. Those images are an important tool for planning your procedure and tracking results over time.

Med Spa Treatment Rooms Designed for Comfort

Three treatment rooms are reserved for non-surgical care, including injectables, dermal fillers, facials, chemical peels, IPL, and skin rejuvenation. These rooms are quiet and private, so you can relax while our team focuses on precise, natural-looking refinement.

Pre-Operative Rooms

Two Operating Rooms and a Local Procedure Room

The suite includes two fully equipped operating rooms for facial, breast, and body procedures. A separate procedure room handles select cases performed under local anesthesia. Matching each case to the right setting keeps your experience efficient and comfortable. 

Four-Bay Recovery Area (PACU)

After surgery, patients recover in our four-bay post-anesthesia care unit, where nurses monitor you closely as you wake. The curved nurses station faces each curtained recovery bay, giving the team a direct line of sight to every patient. Large windows fill the space with natural light and views of the trees outside.

A Separate Surgical Waiting Room for Families

Family members and companions have their own private surgical waiting room, set apart from the main waiting area. Your loved ones can wait comfortably and discreetly during your procedure. Patients visiting for consultations or med spa appointments stay separate from the surgical flow.

A Fully Licensed Surgical Team

Every surgical procedure at Madison Plastic Surgery is supported by a fully licensed surgical staff. The same consistent team cares for you from pre-op through recovery. They work alongside surgeons whose training spans UCLA, the University of Wisconsin–Madison, UT Southwestern in Dallas, and Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital in New York City.

Our Commitment to Accredited Surgical Safety

Madison Plastic Surgery is pursuing accreditation for its surgical suite from QUAD A. The organization was formerly known as the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF), and it changed its name to QUAD A as part of a rebranding initiative. QUAD A is a non-profit, physician-founded accreditation organization that has worked with thousands of healthcare facilities since 1980.

Accreditation means independent, outside review. According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, an accredited facility must meet strict national standards for equipment, operating room safety, personnel, and surgeon credentials. Where will my surgery take place?

Your procedure will take place in our private, in-house surgical suite at 1255 Fourier Dr in Madison. Select patients may need a higher level of care at one of our partner hospital systems. Your surgeon will confirm the right setting for your procedure during your consultation.

Is your surgical facility accredited?

Madison Plastic Surgery is currently completing the QUAD A (formerly AAAASF) accreditation process. Our team is happy to walk you through our safety standards during your consultation.

Where can my family wait during surgery?

Family members wait in a private surgical waiting room that is separate from the main waiting area, so they can stay comfortable and close by.

Where do I recover after surgery?

Patients recover in our four-bay PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) under close nursing supervision until they're ready to go home. You'll leave with clear instructions, and our aftercare team stays with you through healing.
